Terms of Service
Each order you place is a legally enforceable contract. If you fail to pick up your order on designated pick-up day, you are still obligated to pay for the items you order. In order to avoid food waste, the Charlottetown Farmers' Market has the right to distribute orders that have not been picked up on designated pick-up day to volunteers/ food bank.
E-transfer orders have to be paid immediately after order has been submitted or by Tuesday at noon the latest. The Charlottetown Farmers' Market has the right to cancel the order if no e-transfer payment has been received by Tuesday at 12:00 p.m. (noon) of the order period the order has been placed,
We will inspect and pack all orders prior to distribution. In the event that product gets damaged during packing, we will provide a store credit to the customer, provided that the damaged goods are returned. Missing items will either be delivered or customer will receive a store credit which will be applied automatically with their next order at CFM2GO.
Our goal is to provide the highest quality produce, and we require our producer to deliver market-grade products. The customer understands that since most of our farmers do not use pesticides or herbicides, fruits and vegetables may not look "perfect".
