All dishes are made from scratch with as much local PEI product as possible. Gallant's style of cuisine is about promoting PEI and the bounty it has to provide while keeping flavours simple and using the freshest ingredients possible.

Tyler Gallant is the chef-owner and also operates Gallants & Co. Island Food To Go which is a restaurant and grab and go at 18 Superior Crescent which also showcased local ingredients in a fresh and convenient way.
