About Us
We are very proud to announce that we won a bronze medal for our "Under the Sea" mustard at the World Mustard Competition in 2021.
Dear Customer,
Lucky Bee Homestead is a little farm down east - in Murray Harbour North. Here, we not only grow vegetables and herbs, we also make one of the best prepared mustards (Atlantic Mustard Mill) in the world.
We have bees on our homestead as well as some chicken. The main focus of our homestead is growing herbs, vegetable and fruit for our products on 2,5 acres. We grow hot peppers, tomatoes, basil, horseradish, bell peppers, cucumbers, onions. We also have old apple trees, blackberry and other different fruit bushes. Different herbs like tarragon, chamomile, mint, nettle and lots more.
We are the first food producer who use 100% solar energy here on PEI.

Practices
Because we love PEI and the nature, we practice organic farming, although we are not certified organic. As a beekeeper it is very important for us not to use any chemicals on our homestead.
Because of that standard, we try to buy the rest of the ingredients in organic or naturally grown. Preferably when it comes from PEI or the Maritimes. We also encourage our customers to keep the empty jars and return it to us. We make sure to wash, sanitize them and reuse them. Thank you.
